When you upload your manuscript, it is temporarily stored on secure servers provided by Backblaze, a third-party cloud storage service, to facilitate processing.
The content of your manuscript is processed using large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI APIs to generate feedback. This means your manuscript data is sent to and processed by OpenAI’s systems.
By using this service, you consent to this processing of your manuscript by third-party services (Backblaze and OpenAI).
You may be invited to provide feedback and ratings on the quality of our AI-generated reviews.
By providing feedback, you grant us permission to use such feedback for service improvement and research purposes.

Your manuscript remains your property.
Our feedback is generated automatically by AI and does not constitute formal peer review.
You are responsible for ensuring that you do not share any confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information in your manuscript submission.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data from our service for research purposes.
This research may include analyzing the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI review system.
Research findings may be published in anonymized and aggregated form, e.g. in academic journals or presented at conferences.
All research publications will use only anonymized data that cannot be traced back to individual users or manuscripts.
By using our service, you consent to the potential use of your anonymized data for research purposes.
